We offer a turn-key solution to parents, coordinators and students who wish to have clean, comfortable and professionally managed accommodations reserved and waiting for them upon arrival to Guadalajara.
Our Properties:
The properties of Guadalajara Student Housing Inc are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Maid service, all utilities including cable TV, high-speed wireless internet, water, electricity and gas are included in the rental prices – we aim to create a truly “all inclusive” experience for our clients.
Our accommodations range from single rooms with shared baths to kitchenette suits. Some units have private balconies, wood flooring and mini-bars. We are very detail oriented and the quality of our accommodations reflect this point. Clients can be sure they will be comfortable when renting from us.

Guadalajara Student Housing Inc. is a fully registered Mexican corporation. The legal name is Guadalajara Student Housing S de RL de CV. We are licensed to provide short term accommodations and are registered with all the appropriate authorities. Guadalajara Student Housing Inc. can provide government registered receipts called facturas to any client wishing to have one. (This is often only necessary in the case of clients who need proof of accommodations costs for scholarship/bursary purposes).
Payment Processing:
Guadalajara Student Housing accepts most major credit cards, PayPal and cash. Reservations can be made automatically on our website via PayPal or with a credit card via a secure e-mail money request.
