Reserving your accommodations with Guadalajara Student Housing Inc is easier than ever!   You may select the months which you plan on staying in the above fields and then you will be presented with a list of available rooms.  Simply select the room that you wish to save for yourself and continue onto our payment page.  To reserve your room you will only need to pay the DEPOSIT.  That is it.  After the first month rent will be collected on a monthly basis.^I  We accept most major credit cards, PayPal and cash.

You will notice that each room has 3 prices: a 1 month price, a 2 month price and a 3 month + price.  Clients who reserve with Guadalajara Student Housing Inc. for 3 months or more will receive the best rates;^II  whereas, if a client only wishes to stay for 1 or 2 months he/she will pay a higher rate.

I - Payments can be made electronically via credit card, PayPal or via cash payments direct to management. For a stay of 3 months or longer we require both the FIRST and LAST months rent to be paid on the first month.
II - If a client decides to leave Guadalajara Student Housing Inc. before their reservation is up they automatically forfeit their deposit AND their last months rent
